Hi there! It's been a while and I'm pumped to share regular-ish blog posts again on all things INSPO - Your AI Inspiration Partner.
This one's about World Nutella Day which is today (5th February) - INSPO's Moment Marketing Calendar picked up the event and surfaced relevant inspiration in just one click.
Within 30 minutes, I curated a Nutella Inspiration Board of 60 unique ideas. That's 2 ideas per minute... Fast eh?
I've included my favourite points below and added some Board notes right at the bottom.
Now, let's think inspired!

🙂 Nutella can be spread on a slice of bread, or on a smile.
😨 Social distancing is a psychological term for how we're less likely to touch someone when we feel fear. Nutella helps us overcome that fear.
💡 The Nutella jar is a safe distance away from the spoon. This observation led to an interesting idea for a campaign: "Social distancing".
💕 Nutella is about layers. Layers of hazelnuts, chocolate and a lot of love.
😍 My story with Nutella is like a love story. The first bite triggered a romance that has lasted for years.
🖐 Nutella is a chocolatey spread. It would have been easy to create a campaign about the chocolate only, and let the product speak for itself. But instead, they used the brand name, Nutella, as a verb. Now people want to nutellate their fingers.
😢 Nutella doesn't like being alone. It should be spread on bread, not kept in isolation.
💯 Nutella has a story. The layers of the Nutella jar tell that story.
👼 Nutella is a taste of heaven. The fingers that spread it are heaven-sent.
😮 The story of how you eat nutella is the story of you.
👶 Nutella is a great spread. It's also a great way to spread the news.
🤯 The way to sell a product is to make the consumer feel good and not guilty. (This blew my mind a bit and I designed a quick creative using our sexy new Canva button).
👊 Jam is a hard category, but Nutella is a category killer.
📺 Nutella is a great complement to Netflix on a Friday night.
🤔 Spread is a verb. It's also a noun. A spread is something that is spread across something else.

A few musings from my Nutella Board
🕊️ INSPO suggested that Nutella is "a great way to spread the news". Upon reading this, the first image that came to mind was of a newborn baby, whose parents were distributing Nutella jars to family and friends out of joy. Other babies were also covered in Nutella and just having a great time. Perhaps any happy event is an occasion for Nutella.... Spread some Nutella on your good news... Fun!
⚔️ A cartoon battle between Jam and Nutella jars could be hilarious and even powerful. Just imagine them duelling for the ultimate honour of being spread on a slice of bread. And bread was King of the breakfast table!
🥜 Could Nutella issue a formal apology to all those who have hazelnut allergies, thus can never enjoy its product? This could be sweet and even humorous, if handled sensitively. Bolder still, could it launch an official nut-free product?
✨ Let's personify our knives and spoons. They have intimate experience of so many different foods: the textures, colours, temperatures... How does Nutella feel to them? How does this feeling compare with other foods? This could make for a delightful little animation.
👨👨👧👦 In the places that are out of lockdown, showing a Nutella jar and a slice of bread reuniting after months of social distancing could inspire some laughs, especially amongst distanced family members who are also reuniting.
